FFMpeg setting to choose the amount of threads

Matthias Vanhollebeke 4 years ago in ADAM Core • updated by petra.tant 4 months ago 1

Hello

It isn't possible right now to define the amount of threads that ffmpeg will be using to render video's. Right now 100% of the CPU is used so I assume that ADAM is using the default ffmpeg value. There is a parameter in the command that you can use to define the amount of threads that ffmpeg will use thus limiting the CPU usage.

Is it possible to create a setting for ffmpeg where you fill out the value that will be used in the ffmpeg string builder to fill out the parameter -threads "value of the setting"?

Sincerely
